Antioxidant Vitamins

Antioxidants are widely held to help combat free radicals, which, if left un-checked, can lead to cellular damage and the destruction of precious genetic material. Including Vitamins A, C and E and the group of plant –pigment compounds known as carotenoids, anti-oxidants are taken both to help combat the natural aging process and to assist in the prevention of numerous conditions such as cardiovascular disease, cancer and stroke.
